Honeysuckle and Rose Shipping and Postage

We process orders and ship within 1-2 business days from when the order is placed. Any orders made after 5pm will be processed the following working day.

We send all our orders by 2nd Class Royal Mail within the UK. Please do contact us if you need assistance with it being sent more quickly and we will do what we can to help.

During the Christmas period we send all our UK orders by 1st class Royal Mail. This takes between 1 - 2 business days, but please bear in mind that as we get closer to Christmas and with the current strike action, Royal Mail are experiencing delays. We are currently investigating using a courier service and tracked mail because of the impact the mail strikes are having on our small business.

We use Royal Mail International Standard Delivery for overseas orders and transit time takes between 5-7 days, depending on your own country's postal system. 

If your country imposes custom duties or import tax please be aware that this is your responsibility and is to be paid by you.
